Juan Carlos Lam is recognized for his creative political and electoral strategic planning and processes. He has led and participated in numerous local, federal, and presidential campaigns in Mexico. Juan Carlos developed the Active Political Communications model, a proprietary, comprehensive model, centered around the various stages of a political campaign, from initial research and exploration until election day.

 

Lam has been key in the design and implementation of different government programs at the local and federal levels. His government expertise led to the creation of a Government Strategy System (SeGu). Both processes have been successfully tested for over 15 years across Mexico.
